I am glad to know that you visited Rhishikesh and got the company of Shree Swami Shivanand and have delivered my message and Pranam to him.

As per his request what I have decided you know it and no need to write it again. More when we shall meet in person.

Regarding your daily prayers and meditation I think that you should not worry about the same, but try to perform as far as possible for you to do so. The rest will be seen by your Sadguru. My health is OK and hope the same with you.
