Deep Meditation and Singing Of Hymns

Shree Baba Maharaj remained deeply absorbed in meditation. He sang hymns in the praise of God for hours together with the help of Chiplya or Ektari. He sometimes meditated laying down on his back, while other times he sat for hours together with both eyes locked in the middle of the eyebrows, without moving the eyelids and concentrating on the Supreme Lord. He sat in his room with closed eyes, devoid of air and light; and came out of the room only for bath and meals, that too only after getting a call from Shree Aaisaheb (Smt. Durgatai). He spent hours singing hymns in the temple-shrine of his Sadguru, losing track of time and space and drinking the nectar of divine bliss in the state of Samadhi (supreme consciousness). During this period also, he visited the temple of Omkareshwar to seek blessings.
