Lord of the Universe remembers each and every living being and he never forgets anybody. But the living beings get involved in transitory enjoyments and forget the permanent and everlasting bliss of joy, the soul (Atman) which is within their heart and (thereby) further slip and get engrossed into the cycles of life and death due to their unending passions.
