After returning from Ayodhya, Shree Baba Maharaj’s health started deteriorating. His weakness increased by the day. By the end of August, his health condition had worsened.

Ultimately on 18th Aug 1954 Tuesday, Shravan Vadya Chaturthi, Shake 1876, Manmath Samvatsar, Mangalwar Angarki Chaturthi as per Hindu Calender, Shree Baba Maharaj took Mahasamadhi.
